SHIPPING

Domestic

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate of  $7.20  and arrives in 2-3 days from time of shipment.  Artifacts is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages All pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and shipped.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

International

All international orders are shipped using USPS International Flat Rate Mail for a $36 flat rate and arrives in 6-10 days from time of shipment.  Artifacts is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages All pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and shipped.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

 

RETURNS

Each Artifacts piece is carefully handmade to order so we cannot accept returns . Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. Returns are only accepted in the event that your piece is faulty or defective or you have received the wrong item. Please email info@artifacts.nyc with your order number and "Return" as the subject line for further instructions on how to return your item. Please allow 2 weeks from the date that we received your item to process your return.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please take care to package your returns in a well protected  box or padded mailer when returning . Artifacts  cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit. 

REPAIRS

Artifacts jewelry is carefully handcrafted and built to last but every now and then accidents can happen!  Email info@artifacts.nyc with your order number and "Repair" as the subject line. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an Repair Authorization number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-3 weeks to complete. All repairs are subject to shipping charges and additional material costs if the damage is extensive or something needs to be replaced.
